At CAGE Architects, we have assembled a team with diverse backgrounds and skill sets, our structural team is led by Perit Elaine Genovese, an accomplished and highly skilled architect, who specialises in structural and sustainable design, whilst our Architectural team is led by our creative director Perit Claire Carter, specialising in architectural design, restoration and interior architecture, our directors are passionate about creating spaces that not only meet clients’ needs but also have a positive impact on our community and environment, By capitalizing on our collective strengths, we provide integrated services that meet the unique requirements of each project and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Our resources not only meet all the required experiences and academic qualifications but also possess extensive experience in high-quality projects. This allows us to tackle projects of varying complexities and deliver exceptional outcomes. Our collaboration on one of the largest projects being built on the island, The Shoreline at Smart City Malta, is a testament to our capabilities. With a project value exceeding 33 million euro, we have provided comprehensive services, from initial concept and design for residential interiors and common areas to tender specifications, evaluation, and site supervision. We continue to offer consultancy services, ensuring design excellence, quality, and site supervision.

Our structural team is adept at handling large-scale projects. Notably, we successfully completed the Park East car park at the Malta International Airport, valued at over 17 million. Our engineers demonstrated their prowess in structural analysis, design, and supervision, contributing to the project’s success. To maintain control over project execution and ensure quality, all the specified works are performed by our in-house resources, including human and material assets. Additionally, we have established a network of trusted associates who complement our capabilities in areas requiring specialised expertise. Meanwhile our Building Services Engineers possess specialised knowledge and skills in designing, installing, and maintaining the mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, ELV and Building Management Solutions (BMS) systems of buildings.

At CAGE Architects, we are committed to sustainability and green initiatives. As Architects and Engineers in a consultancy capacity and certified REWS energy auditors and registered EPC assessors, we actively contribute to the development of sustainable strategies and the implementation of eco-friendly technologies, leaving a positive imprint on the environment.
